DAY 03: (2) Katherine to Timber Creek (285km)

After the cruise depart south-west down the Victoria Highway to Timer Creek stopping at Victoria River en-route.Overnight: Circle F Motel.

DAY 04: Timber Creek to Kununurra (230km)

Continue into Western Australia and the

Kimberley Region.Overnight: Mercure Inn.

DAY 05: Kununurra to El Questro (100km)

This morning take an 09.00 Diamond Class 2 Hour Scenic Flight over Lake Argyle and the Bungle Bungle Mountains.  After your flight explore the scenery of the Gibb River Road and Emma Gorge en-route to El Questro cattle station.

Overnight: El Questro Bungalow.

DAY 06: El Questro to Mount Elizabeth (280km)

Continue west travelling through Rollie's Jump Up, Jack's Waterhole, Gregory Jump Up, across the Pentecost River.Overnight: Mt. Elizabeth Station.

DAY 07: Mount Elizabeth to Derby (365km)

Today travel through Barnett River, Manning, Adcock, and Windjana Gorges, Tunnel Creek before arriving into Derby.

Overnight: King Sound Resort.

DAY 08: Derby to Broome (225km)

Broome

Arrive into Broome by lunchtime to explore this historical town and fabled Cable Beach.

Overnight: (A) Cable Beach Club Studio or (B) Mangrove Hotel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DAY 09: Broome

Drop-off car same time as pick up on DAY 01 in Darwin.  Courtesy transfer to the airport for onwards flight or extend your stay in Broome.

 

The Kimberley Adventure Touring itinerary can of course be extended at any point to include additional car rental and accommodation.  Rates for third person sharing car but having own room, or four persons sharing larger car but having two rooms also available.
