The South Pacific:The Cook Islands

The Cook Islands

Out in the middle of the Pacific Ocean en-route between Fiji and Tahiti lie the Cook Islands. Whilst still offering that South Pacific environment, they have been less developed and than their so-called neighbours and thus retain the charm of Old Polynesia. You can be assured of a warm welcome and excellent hospitality, good clean hotels, plus some fine food & wine.

There are established hotels like The Rarotongan and Edgewater Resort, or the Pacific Resort & Villas. For a lagoon setting similar to the outer islands of Tahiti we suggest hopping over to Aitutaki Island.
