Eastravel’s Independent Travel brochures and accompanying independent Travel Tariffs are intended only as a collection or digest of holiday ideas to enable travellers to design their own Individual Itineraries. The Information and prices contained therein are intended only as a guide. Once the details of the actual Individual Itinerary have been ascertained, a current quotation can be calculated. Hoteliers and transportation contractors reserve the right to revise or amend their facilities and services, so any item upon which the traveller intends to rely should be reconfirmed.

Eastravel Ltd and its clients are bound by the general booking conditions and cancellation charges of various transportation principals and hoteliers to be featured in an Individual Travel Itinerary. These can vary from country to country, and company to company and will be advised in the event that any client may wish to consider cancelling their arrangements.

In addition clients are legally bound by the contract made between themselves and Eastravel Ltd when instructing an individual Itinerary to be organised. If booking an Individual travel Itinerary more than 8 weeks in advance, a scheduled airline reservation and/or accompanying ground arrangements can normally be requested and held on option upon receipt of an initial deposit of GBP 200.00 per person.

If after the Individual Itinerary has been organised and accepted, the traveller wishes to make an amendment, there will be administration fees and communication costs plus possible cancellation charges. An estimate will be provided beforehand. The full balance will normally be required approximately 8 weeks prior to departure, when final exchange rate fluctuations will have been taken into account. After full payment has been made only Government action can alter the cost of travel arrangements.

Dependent upon the nationality of the traveller, Health Certificates and Visas may be required in addition to a 10 year passport which should be valid for at least SIX MONTHS after the return date.
