Day 1- Flight to Singapore

Depart London by Singapore Airlines morning flight ( Heathrow / Manchester).

Day 2 - Singapore Arrival

Arrive Singapore in the morning and transfer yourselves by taxi to the Rendezvous  Hotel, Bras Basah Road for 3 nights, or upgrade to the InterContinental.  Two free days.

Day 5 - Singapore to Melaka

Take a taxi across the Causeway to Johore Bahru , Malaysia .  Take delivery of your self-drive car and commence your Malaysia Self Drive Holiday .  Drive north to  Malacca for overnight at Renaissance Hotel.

Day 6 - Melaka - Kuala Lumpur

Morning exploration of this historic town before driving north to Kuala Lumpur for 2  nights at the Rennaisance Hotel ( or upgrade to Mandarin Oriental)

Day 7 Full day sightseeing.   (Optional Taman Negara safari side trip)

Day 8 - Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands

Continue north in the morning via Batu Caves and Tapah to the Hill Resort of Cameron  Highlands for 2 nights at The Lakehouse or Heritage Hotel.


Day 9- Cameron Highlands

Full day to explore the  plantations and Jungle Tracks. (Optional Pangkor side trip)

Day 10 - Cameron Highlands to Penang

Morning return downhill to Tapah and head north via Ipoh and Butterworth over the  bridge to Penang for 2 nights at the Rasa Sayang Resort (Beach) or the colonial E & O Hotel Georgetown.  (Optional side trip to Pulau Langkawi beach resorts)

Day 12 - Penang to Kota Bahru

Early morning drive east across Malaysia to Kota Bahru, for overnight at the Renaissance  Hotel.

Day 13 - Kota Bahru to Kuala Terengganu

A short drive south to Kuala Tewrengganu for 3 nights experience at The Aryani Resort or to Dungun fror a stay at the Tanjong Jara. (Optional side trip to Redang Island Berjaya Resorts, or Tasik Kenyir)

Day 16 - Kuala Terengganu to Cherating or Kuantan

Finally proceed to Cherating to drop off your self-drive car and for 2 nights at the  Impiana Resort or at the Hyatt Regency Kuantan . End of Malaysia self drive journey and either ( o ptional retain car to return back into Singapore).

Day 18 - departure

Transfer to Kuantan Airport for Malaysia Airlines morning flight to Kuala Lumpur for  transfer to onwards Singapore Airlines morning flight to London.
