Overnight at the Imperial Hotel Day 02 – Delhi / Varanasi Take a morning flight to Varanasi ,the temple town. Overnight at the Taj Ganges Day 03- Varanasi Varanasi sightseeing – Early morning , take a dawn boat ride on the Ganges . Witness the amazing sights of the bathing ghats. The scene in the morning is of hundreds of devotees taking a bath in the holy water of the Ganges. Day 4 - Varanasi / Khajuraho Take an early morning flight to Khajuraho. Overnight . at the Jass Oberoi Day 5- Khajuraho Today you will visit the famous erotic temples of Khajuraho. There is the eastern and western section of temples which are part of India's heritage and are renowned for their intricate carvings.
Today we will leave for Orchha early in the morning by road. Here you will find many palaces and temples like Jahangir Mahal, Rai Praveen Mahal and Raja Mahal in Orchha. Overnight at the Orcha Resort Day 7 - Orchha-Jhansi-Agra Depart for Jhansi - famous for its valiant queen Rani Lakshmi Bai. Visit the Fort of Jhansi,Rani Mahal,Government museum before continuing your journey to Agra, Overnight at the Taj View. Time permitting , dusk visit to the Taj Day 8 Agra Dawn visit to the Taj Mahal .The Taj Mahal was constructed by Shah Jahan during the 17th century. It took 20 years for the construction of the marble monument to be completed. The Taj Mahal was built in the memory of Shah Jahan's wife Mumtaz Mahal. The fantastic monument is located along the banks of the River Yamuna. Visit also Agra fort, Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah and Akbar's Tomb at Sikandra. Day 9 Agra / Jaipur Visit Fatehpur Sikri,which was constructed by Emperor Akbar. The Fatehpur Sikri was built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar during the 16th century. The place is also listed as one of the UNESCO World Heritage sites. The Fatehpur Sikri is also the place where one of the largest mosques of the country, Jama Masjid, is located.. The historical monuments in Fatehpur Sikri include Ankh Michauli, Diwan I Khas, Astrologer's Seat, Panch Mahal, Girl's School, Turkish Sultana, Anup Talao, Khwabgah and the Diwan I Am. Continue to Jaipur for 2 nights at the Samode Haveli Day 10 Jaipur Morning city tour of Jaipur the capital city of Rajasthan . Visit the Janter Mantar Observatory, a brainchild of the astronomer King Raja Sawai Jai Singh to see the . giant astronomical instruments. Afterwards visit the palace of winds , the Hawa Mahal .
