Day 01 Bangkok – Kanchanaburi – River Kwai (L, D)
Throughout history, the ancient town of Kanchanaburi has been the site of many battles, as the neighboring Burmese used it for an invasion route to enter the Thai Kingdom. This connection to wars continued to the twentieth-century, when Kanchanaburi was the location of the notorious Death Railway and the Bridge on the River Kwai, two of the most famous World War II sites and the subjects of countless books and films
.Furthermore, Kanchanaburi is also a place known for magnificent landscapes and charming natural beauty and is the home of several of Thailand's largest waterfalls, as well as many caves, national parks and extensive wildlife sanctuaries. A wide variety of outdoor pursuits can be found in Kanchanaburi including fishing, rafting, canoeing, mountain biking, bird-watching, stargazing, golfing, elephant and jungle trekking, and even living on bamboo rafts.
This tour offers glimpses of Kanchanaburi’s unique place in history, its majestic natural beauty and fascinating wildlife. 
It starts with an early morning pickup from a major hotel in Bangkok’s downtown area. Upon arrival in Kanchanaburi, visitors will visit the Thailand-Burma Railway Centre Museum, War Cemetery, and the Bridge over the River Kwai. From there, you will take a long tail boat from the pier to get to the River Kwai Jungle Rafts, passing by unspoiled mountainous jungle scenery and other points of interest.
After checking in on arrival, a delicious lunch followed by an exciting boat ride downstream to Resotel pier before continuing to visit the Hellfire Pass Memorial, a tribute to the more than 90,000 men and women who lost their lives cutting a railway through a stone mountain during the Second World War.
From here, enjoy dinner and a 45-minute presentation of Mon dances before continuing towards accommodations at the River Kwai Jungle Rafts or the River Kwai Resotel.
Day 02 River Kwai - Bangkok (B, L, D)
The day starts with breakfast before setting out on an exciting boat ride upstream to visit the Saiyoke Yai Waterfall and National Park to experience the best that nature has to offer. After a brief lunch at the hotel, the adventure continues as guests explore the fascinating rock formations at the Lava Cave followed by an afternoon relaxing in this lush paradise (optional tours during this time include canoeing and mountain bike, etc., at an additional expense). The day concludes with dinner and another overnight stay at either the River Kwai Jungle Rafts or the River Kwai Resotel.

Day 03 River Kwai- Bangkok (B, L)
After breakfast at the rafts, guests are transported to the nearby ethnic Mon Tribal Village and given the opportunity to ride an
elephant through the bamboo forest if they choose to do so. From there, they will take a ride on the historic Death Railway Train, which passes through a lush forest. The trip concludes with a ride by air-conditioned mini-van back to Bangkok where they are finally transferred to a hotel in the downtown area
