Day 1 (Hanoi – Hoa Binh – Lac)

Travel by vehicle from Hanoi to Hoa Binh. Visit the Sugarcane Pagoda in the village of Dong Sang. The Pagoda is situated on a latrine hill, covering a large area, and is divided into 3 separated parts. Then visit Va Temple which belongs to the Trung Hung village where the local people pray to the cult of Tan Vien Son Tinh. In the evening attend minority performance with traditional dances and costumes.

 

Day 2 Take a sightseeing tour in Hoa Binh, the capital of Hoa Binh province. It is possible to taste the rice wine produced here and visit the Muong villages of Ban Dam and Giang. Then travel by vehicle from Hoa
Binh to Mai Chau. Mai Chau is very rural and most of the people here are ethic White Tai, distantly related to tribes in Thailand, Laos and China. Overnight in Mai Chau (Lac Village).

 

 

Day 3 (Lac)
Travel by vehicle from Mai Chau (Lac Village) to Hanoi with sightseeing at Tay and Tay Phoung Pagoda enroute.
