Self drive Bali tour

Bali is an island of unique traditions of music, dance, painting, sculpture, and architecture. Picture perfect sunsets from the beautiful palm fringed beaches overlooked by lush highlands and soaring volcanoes. We have a suggested self-drive itinerary which will take you to the north coast of Lovina where you can swim and snorkel over pristine coral reefs, explore the island's famed water temples, volcanic mountains, and crater lakes. A trip to Bali's highest and most active volcano, Mount Agung and Batur will give you a chance to experience the island's dramatic landscape. Stay a couple of nights in the artistic centre of Ubud where you can browse the shops and art galleries before arriving on the south coast for relaxation.

Best time for this itinerary: July and August are the peak season months. Expect dry weather in April, May, June and September, with better prices just before and just after high season
